FAQs

Can I use other chargers?

We have included a modiwell dry flush toilet charger. For safety reasons, it is recommended to use the charger that comes with the product to charge the product. If the charger is lost, please contact us to purchase.

How long can a roll of dry flush toilet consumables be used?

Our standard product is equipped with 2 rolls of garbage bags and 2 packs of coagulant, and each roll of consumables can be used continuously for 30 times. Each pack of coagulant has 30 small bags (1 small bag is used each time), and the consumables configured in the product can be used 60 times.

What is the role of coagulant? Can it be used without it?

Modiwell's coagulant is a standard configuration for consumables and is recommended for use. Adding coagulant before use can absorb moisture and solidify feces, making it easier to handle feces. It also has a certain deodorizing function; its main component is a polymer water-absorbing material, which is very environmentally friendly.
