Domestic Shipping

Processing Timeframe: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is approximately 3 days, and typically within 7 days. High-volume orders may result in shipping delays.When delivering to remote areas in the United States, Australia, and Canada, please expect delivery time to be over two weeks.
Rejected Order: If you reject an order for any reason, you will be charged for both shipping costs and any storage fees associated with your shipment.
Delivery Area: Delivery is limited to the United States, Australia, and Canada.

International Shipping

Delivery Time: Typically takes 1-2 weeks, but customs may cause delays of up to 6 weeks.
Duties and Taxes: Modiwell is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your order. All costs incurred during or after shipping (such as duties and taxes) are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Area: We currently do not ship to Europe, Japan, or some remote areas.

Delivery Costs

We offer free shipping to addresses within the United States, Australia, and Canada. For orders shipped to all other countries, a shipping fee will apply, typically based on package weight and destination, with a minimum charge of $5. Please review the final fee before checkout.

Additional Service Charges: You are responsible for the costs of any additional services you request (e.g., liftgate, inside delivery, etc.).

Storage Fees: If the shipping company is unable to contact you or you fail to arrange for delivery, they will charge you a storage fee. We will endeavor to notify you by phone or email to avoid these charges
