Shipping Policy
If any problems arise during the order delivery process, we will notify the customer via email and discuss solutions for the problematic order's delivery.
1.Domestic Shipping
For the United States, Australia, and Canada:
(1).Direct shipping from local warehouse (in stock)

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is approximately 3 days, usually within 7 days. Large order volumes may cause delivery delays. Orders to remote areas may take more than two weeks for delivery.

Refused orders: If you refuse an order for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and any storage fees associated with your shipment.

Shipping scope: Shipping is limited to the United States, Australia, and Canada.
(2).Local warehouse temporarily out of stock
For some products or regions where the local warehouse is temporarily out of stock, orders will be prioritized and shipped as soon as the stock is replenished.
If you have specific or urgent delivery requirements, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order.
2.International Shipping

Delivery time: Usually takes 1-2 weeks, but customs may cause delays of up to 6 weeks.

Customs duties and taxes: Modiwell is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes incurred on your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping (such as customs duties and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping scope: We currently do not ship to Europe, Japan, or some remote areas.
3.Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping to addresses within the United States , Australia, Canada. For orders shipped to all other countries, a shipping fee will be charged, usually calculated based on package weight and destination, with a minimum charge of $5. Please check the final cost before checkout.
Additional service fees: You will be responsible for the cost of any additional services you request (e.g., liftgate delivery, inside delivery, etc.).
Storage fees: If the shipping company is unable to contact you or you fail to arrange delivery, they will charge you storage fees. We will do our best to notify you by phone or email to avoid these charges.
4.Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After shipment, we will provide a tracking number via email.
Tracking information is usually activated within 48 hours.
