We offer an 18-month warranty on all our products. During this period, we guarantee a 100% free repair or replacement for any non-human fault.
2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers the following:
- Parts Damage: Damage to internal components due to manufacturing defects or material problems.
- Functional Malfunction: Failure of the product to operate properly, not caused by human error.

- Complete device replacement (if user is unable to replace parts themselves).
Note: Modiwell reserves the right to deduct fees if the old device is not returned on time or does not meet warranty requirements.
4.Circumstances Not Covered by This Warranty (Disclaimer)
This warranty does not apply to the following situations. Please note that any resulting repair or replacement costs will be the sole responsibility of the user:
- Special Damages: We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or special damages.
- Unauthorized Repair: Damage caused by disassembly, repair, or modification by unauthorized Modiwell personnel or repair centers.
- Non-Original Parts: Replacement or repair using parts not officially provided by Modiwell.
- Accessories and Consumables: Normal wear and tear of accessories and consumables such as batteries and adapters, as well as damage caused by using non-original power cables.
