Modiwell Return and Refund Policy

Please read the following terms carefully before requesting a return. Modiwell reserves the right to final approval and authorization for all returns and cancellations.

Return Terms

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Currently, we only accept returns due to product quality or manufacturing defects. If there is a problem with the product you received, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide a return or exchange solution within 24 hours of confirmation.

Order Cancellation Policy

Unshipped Orders: You can cancel an unshipped order at any time and we will issue a full refund.

Shipped Orders: If your order has already shipped, you can request a cancellation, but you will be responsible for any resulting logistics interception or shipping fees.

Return Process

Submit Request: Please contact our customer service team via email to submit your return request. Your request must include photos or videos to prove the product quality or defect.
Approval and Return: Once your request is approved, we will email you detailed return instructions and the correct return address.
Important Note: The return address is not the shipping address. Please do not return the item to the original address to avoid refund delays. Please ensure you return the product in its original packaging.

Refund Timeframe

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. The exact time it takes may vary depending on the processing time of your bank or payment provider.

This Return Policy does not replace or limit your statutory rights in any applicable jurisdiction. If your statutory rights conflict with the terms of this Policy, the statutory rights will prevail.

About Shipping

Damage in Shipping:Modiwell is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim. We understand that damage may occur during shipping and will work with you to resolve the issue.
Loss in Shipping:We are not directly responsible for packages lost during shipping. Only after the shipping company (such as FedEx or UPS) officially declares the package lost will we ship you an identical replacement free of charge. Please note that we will only ship a replacement after the shipping company confirms the package is lost.
