Due to customs requirements in some countries (including the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand), the standard solidified agent will be replaced with an equally effective super absorbent paper. This paper has been rigorously tested and provides identical absorption and water-retention performance.
If any problems arise during the order delivery process, we will notify the customer via email and discuss solutions for the problematic order's delivery.

Fixed Installation
Following the provided positioning diagram, drill four screw holes and one hole for the power cord (the hole diameter should be enlarged to at least 25mm). Ensure the distance from the center of the toilet to the wall is at least 220mm. Drill holes to secure the toilet. Refer to the video for the detailed process. Regarding the choice of fixation: If your structure is suitable, please use the drilling method (screws). If drilling is not an option, you can choose to fix it with silicone sealant.

Please confirm that the voltage must be within the range of DC 9V~30V before connecting it to the R1808 RV toilet; otherwise, the RV toilet will be damaged.
We can configure the R1808 to use a charger connection method (for non-RV use cases). If you need a dedicated charger for the R1808, please request it through your R1808 order.
