Modiwell Wholesale Toilets Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms :By placing an order with Modiwell, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Pricing and Payment:

Pricing: Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept⁣ EUR and USD via our Hong Kong company account.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to your order, as applicable.
3. Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order weight and shipping address.
